These terms apply to use of houseofjoy.style and purchases from House of Joy Events & Gifting. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Product colours and packaging may vary slightly from photographs. Brands, packaging, or individual items in curated boxes and emergency kits may be substituted with items of comparable purpose and value when availability changes, as described on the product page. We may decline or cancel an order because of availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasonable business concerns. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are shown before purchase. Payment must be authorized before an order is fulfilled.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, colours, quantities, and other submitted details. Production may begin after confirmation, and changes or cancellations may not be possible once work has started.

WEBSITE USE

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. Website text, images, branding, and original content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

LIMITATION

To the extent permitted by law, House of Joy Events & Gifting is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
