House of Joy Events & Gifting currently ships within Canada. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are prepared with care. Standard orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days. Personalized, made-to-order, or larger orders may require additional time. We will contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order.

DELIVERY

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are provided by the carrier. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, or is shown as delivered but cannot be located, email harpreet@houseofjoy.style promptly with your order number and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.

LOCAL AVAILABILITY

Local pickup or delivery may be offered when shown at checkout or confirmed directly with us. Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive confirmation that your order is ready.
